Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society

SAVE HUNTINGTON'S LIGHTHOUSE, INC., a 501-3C Non-Profit organization, hosts tours to visit the Huntington Harbor Lighthouse. The lighthouse tours leave by boat from Gold Star Battalion Beach located on Browns Road in Huntington, New York. The guided tour is approximately 1 1/2 hours and is subject to mother nature and sea conditions. At present, our boat can accommodate up to 17 people including lighthouse staff. The boat trip is approximately 15 minutes and runs continuously.

June 28, July 12, August 16 and September 13 - 11:00am until 3:00 pm - weather permitting.

Tours are conducted on a first come- first serve basis


*Something NEW - Two sunset picnic tours. July 30 and August 15. (Check website for information and cost)

Lighthouse Musicfest: September 5th, raindate of September 6th.

Parade of Lights: November 27th, Friday starting at 6pm at Huntington Harbor



Only flat rubber soled shoes are permitted (i.e. sneakers, dock shoes, etc.)
Absolutely "NO EXCEPTIONS"

Reservations are suggested for large groups.
Special tours can be arranged upon request.
